Leaders of the 21st Century is a non-profit organization working to develop civic minded college and career readiness in high school juniors and seniors through leadership. Rising Juniors have the opportunity to apply (below) to participate in our 12-week fellowship program. The first six weeks of the program take place during the fall of students' junior year and the next six weeks during the spring. All classes and workshops will be held on Saturdays from 10:00am-2:00pm. During their junior year, students will participate in workshops and work in groups, solving problems, developing critical thinking skills, and learning how to become a true leader. In students' senior year, they will complete another 12-week fellowship and be paired with a mentor working in their field of interest.
We are looking for both students and mentors who wish to participate in our program! Mentors should be professionals looking to enhance the lives and skills of students who wish to gain experience in their career fields.
Apply to mentor a young leader who is interested in your field.
