What began as a vision has grown into a decade of leadership, mentorship, opportunity, service, and transformation. Over the years, LOT21C has helped young people discover their voices, recognize their potential, develop their leadership skills, and understand that their future is not something they simply wait for — it is something they have the power to create.
This milestone is about more than celebrating ten years. It celebrates the students who stepped into leadership, the mentors who poured into them, the families who supported them, the educators and community partners who opened doors, and everyone who believed our young people deserve to be seen, heard, challenged, and empowered.
