WHAT IS THE LOT21C EXPERIENCE? Leaders of the 21st Century is a non-profit organization working to develop civic minded college and career readiness in high school juniors and seniors through leadership. Rising Juniors have the opportunity to apply (below) to participate in our 12-week fellowship program. During their junior year, students will participate in workshops and work in groups, solving problems, developing critical thinking skills, and learning how to become a true leader. In students' senior year, they will complete another 12-week fellowship and be paired with a mentor working in their field of interest.
This is a two year commitment starting with junior year through senior year of high school
The first six weeks of the program take place during the fall of students' junior year and the next six weeks during the spring. (Session Dates: Oct 10, Oct 24, Nov 7, Nov 21, Dec 5, Dec 19, Feb 6, Feb 20, Mar 6, Mar 2, Apr 17, May 1)
All classes and workshops will be held on Saturdays from 10:00am-2:00pm at NJIT in Newark, NJ *DUE TO COVID 19 ALL FALL SESSIONS WILL BE VIRTUAL*

2 year commitment
Service, leadership oriented
Drive for life post high school
Value collaborative team atmosphere
